Sef "Security department" hotela slubil, ze kamerovy zaznam uchovaju.
Povedal tiez, ze aj nemu sa nieco podobne v meste v bankomate stalo.
Vratili mu to, ale cela reklamacia az po vratenie trvala asi 3 mesiace.
A teraz (po asi 3 dnoch) mi prisla odpoved aj z tej miestnej banky:
"Dear Mr. XY,
We thank you for your below enquiry sent through our website
Please note that you need to fill in a dispute form at your home branch in order to proceed with investigation accordingly, as we do not have
access to the ATM machines.
Thank you for banking with (nazov miestnej banky) and assure you of our best services at all times"
Reklamoval som aj u mojej banky (CS). Telefonicky este v den zauctovania a po navrate aj fyzicky v pobocke banky.
